Register for next event:

Tour Stop #5 is at Paragon Bowl,  Dickinson ND.  Registration starts at 9 am mountain with practice at 9:45 central and competition at 10 am mountain.  Registration is limited to first 48 entries.

We currently break all entries into three separate age brackets:  50-59, 60-66, and 67+.  

Each event has 6 qualifying games.  After those 6 games, we cut the field in half.  So each event half of the field makes the cut, this is incredibly generous as most tournaments are either 1:3 or 1:4.  After the qualifying round, we then bowl two more games and cut the field to the top 12.  We bowl one more game and cut to the top 8.  Then we bowl one last game and cut to the top 5 for the televised stepladder finals.  Along the way, each age bracket is guaranteed an advancing spot.  This is to provide a competitive balance and representation amongst all age brackets.  

Points are awarded in three different ways: 

 1.   Entering tournaments gets you points  

2.   Total Pinfall  

3.   Event Placement 

- Entering events earns you points and the amount you earn depends on the number of events that you enter.  Your first event of the season gets you 100 points, your second event gets you 250 points, your third event gets you 500 points, your fourth event gets you 800 points, and your fifth event gets you 1000 points.  This is an incentive to enter more events as this acts as an equalizer for the lower average bowlers.  

- Pinfall  this is self-explanatory.  The total number of pins that you obtain go to your points.  

- Event Placement  Points - 24th - 16th place receives 100 pts, 15th-11th place receives 200 pts, 10th-6th place receives 300 pts, 5th place earns 400 pts, 4th place earns 500 pts, 3rd place receives 600 pts, 2nd place receives 700 pts, and 1st place receives 800 pts.  

-  End of the Year Invitational - The top 10 point earners in each age bracket qualify for the end of the year roll off.  Each age bracket will be playing for Player of the Year honors.  There will be a "permanent trophy" that will be engraved with the players name(s) with each subsequent years players engraved.
